Components of Crisis and Recovery ServicesFOOD SERVICE ~ For the homeless, survival is day to day and that often means wondering where the next meal will come from. Food to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered free of charge every day of the year for Cornerstone residents and any hungry man, woman or child in the community. Special holiday meals are provided.

Crisis
Services Women: Our 24 hour short-term emergency homeless shelter for single women and women with children. This program offers meals, lodging, and case management. Crisis intervention is provided to identify urgent needs such as housing, education and medical care and to help assess, refer and direct women to the necessary resources to sustain a safe and productive way of life. LIFE RECOVERY PROGRAMS:

Women’s
Life Recovery: This program offers help and hope for women and children in desperate circumstances. Whether struggling with chemical dependency, domestic violence issues or dysfunctional and co-dependent lifestyles, the majority of those served have suffered physical, emotional and sexual abuse. This long-term program provides the support necessary for recovery, empowerment, release and development of a healthy and whole outlook that will last a lifetime. · Men’s Life recovery: This comprehensive program is designed to help men overcome their addictions and other self-destructive behaviors. Our curriculum offers Bible classes, recovery and relapse prevention training, general life skills application and so much more to enable men to establish healthy relationships and to develop Godly choices that will benefit their lives and those around them. · Crisis Services Men: Our shelter offers a safe comfortable environment for men to sleep
at night. For any man in the community, a day room is also provided as a warming
and cooling center during extreme weather conditions. Good reading materials,
games and Christian videos are made available for use. Case management is
provided to assist guests with employment, housing needs and for those
struggling with self destructive lifestyles.
